Ravensley is run by a British family that has run chauffeur work since 2006. We answer our own email, we know our clients by name, and we would rather be recommended than advertised.
What we believe a chauffeur is for
A good chauffeur gives you back the time a journey takes. You should be able to work, sleep, take a call or simply look out of the window, and arrive having thought about none of it.
That depends on details nobody sees: leaving early, checking the flight, knowing the back way into a racecourse, keeping the car spotless and the conversation to what you want of it. We are particular about those details because that is the job.
We offer two classes of car rather than a long menu, because we would rather do two things properly. And we price every journey in full before you book, because a client should never have to wonder what the bill will say.
Discreet
We do not publish client names, post photographs of passengers or talk about who we drive. What happens in the car stays there.
Straightforward
One price, shown before you book and set out line by line. If a journey cannot be run, you get every penny back.
British
A British firm with British manners: punctual, unhurried and courteous, from the first email to the last bag lifted from the boot.
