Book
Price a journey
One journey or a car by the hour. You will see the price for both classes before you give us any details, and nothing is taken until you press Book and pay.
Something the form cannot describe, such as several cars, a multi-day itinerary or a journey that starts abroad? Write to bookings@ravensley.co.uk and we will price it by hand.
Our undertaking
- 60 min
of waiting after landing on every airport collection, without charge.
- Nothing
is added after the quote unless you ask for more on the day. Airport fees, parking and tolls are in it.
- 24 hrs
before collection, cancel or move the journey at no cost.
- In full
refunded if we ever cancel a journey, however late the notice.
Before you book
What if my flight is early or delayed?
Give us the flight number when you book. We check it before the car sets off, so an early or late landing is allowed for, and the sixty free minutes run from when you actually land.
How will I find my chauffeur?
At an airport, inside the arrivals hall with a board bearing your name; for private flights, at the handling agent’s terminal. Anywhere else, at the address you gave us. Once your chauffeur is allocated, we email you their name and the car.
Is paying online safe?
Payment is taken on Stripe’s own secure page, so your card details never reach us. You receive a written confirmation by email as soon as the booking is made.
What if I need to cancel or change it?
More than 24 hours before collection, cancelling or moving the journey costs nothing and the whole price is refunded. Email bookings@ravensley.co.uk with your booking reference. If we ever cancel, you get every penny back.
Can I have an invoice for my company?
Yes. Tick the company box when you book and the journey is confirmed and invoiced by email to the company, with the price set out line by line.
Do you go to Scotland and Wales?
Journeys within England are priced and booked online. For Scotland or Wales, enter the journey as usual and the form will pass it to us by email, or write to bookings@ravensley.co.uk, and we will price it by hand.
