Chartham Park

Chartham Park: a corporate day from London

Taking a team from London to Chartham Park. From Mayfair it is around an hour and 15 minutes and 58.6 miles by way of the A4 and M4; from the City around an hour and 11 minutes. Chartham Park advertises society days and corporate golf days on its own site. Bunkers were redesigned by Jonathan Gaunt as part of a renovation that also improved the drainage. A 300-yard driving range is the base for lessons from PGA-qualified coaches.

How the day runs

Guests are collected from offices, homes or hotels across London in the morning. A people-carrier takes a four-ball and their bags in one car. Drivers stay with the cars all day, so a late finish in the bar is no problem. The return to the City is around an hour and 11 minutes, quicker after the evening rush.
