The club lies on the Berkshire Downs with tree-lined fairways and wide views over the surrounding countryside.
How the day runs
Cars pick up from the office door or each guest's address, timed for the first tee. Each car can be a saloon for two or a people-carrier for four with bags. After the golf and the meal, guests are driven home to their own addresses. The return to the City is around an hour and 28 minutes, quicker after the evening rush.
