How the day runs
At The Bay Tree the concierge will know the car is outside. A luxury people-carrier is the usual choice for a larger group. Leaving The Bay Tree, the car picks up the A40 and keeps to the main roads. Drop-off at Badminton House follows the organisers' published arrangements for the day. All day the car stays on hand; a message brings it round. Home to The Bay Tree is about an hour and 9 minutes once clear of the venue traffic.
