Chauffeur to Kempton Park Racecourse
Kempton Park Racecourse stages flat and jumps racing. By road, the closest National Rail station is Kempton Park (KMP), about 7 minutes' drive. The first race at Kempton Park was run on 18 July 1878. The current grandstand was completed in 1997. Its biggest days include Ladbrokes Christmas Festival (King George VI Chase on Boxing Day) (December). The 2027 fixture list is not yet on the course's own site.
How the day runs
From Mayfair the drive is about 42 minutes via the A4, A316 and A308; from Heathrow, about 22 minutes via the M4, M25 and M3. From Oxford it is about an hour and 7 minutes (59.9 miles). Dress: no formal code: 'dressed to feel your best'. Offensive fancy dress may be refused; please avoid sports team kits. The chauffeur sets you down at the entrance for your enclosure, waits nearby through the card and is ready after the last race.
