Drop-off follows the organisers' rules: at Royal Ascot, Royal Enclosure guests are dropped off and collected at Car Park 1 or Car Park 3; guests in all other enclosures use the drop-off points at Car Parks 3 and 6. Car parking is pre-booked via the racecourse. Between arrival and the end of the day, the chauffeur stays within easy reach. The return to Royal Berkshire is about 8 minutes once away from the venue traffic. On ordinary race days, Royal Windsor Racecourse takes 20 min and Kempton Park Racecourse is 16.8 miles. Tickets come from the organisers; Ravensley has no link with any event and simply drives you there.
