Drop-off follows the organisers' rules: public parking is at Battersea Park (pre-booked with tickets, about 20 minutes' walk), with shuttle buses dropping at Bull Ring Gate. Coaches need a permit to set down on the Embankment; there is no coach parking at the show. Through the day the chauffeur waits nearby and comes back when you message. The return to The May Fair Hotel is about 12 minutes once away from the venue traffic. Nearest racecourses: Royal Windsor Racecourse takes 40 min and Kempton Park Racecourse is about 42 minutes. Tickets come from the organisers; Ravensley has no link with any event and simply drives you there.
